Nawapo, and their sister company KC’s BEST Wild Rice, both use the same account to print labels and prepare their orders for shipment. As a result, an email will come from KC’s BEST Wild Rice but will include the tracking number for your most recent Nawapo order. The company they use for this process is called XPS if you also notice their logo or information on the email you have recieved. The email with the tracking information should arrive to your email no more than 1 day after your order has been shipped.
Your tracking number should also be reflected in your order details on your account once your order has been shipped.
You have 30 days from the date of arrival to review your non-food items and return them if desired. The items must show no signs of wear or use, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact us with any discrepancies and to initiate a claim.
Orders are shipped within 3 to 5 days, unless there is a backordered item. Shipping usually takes no more than one week for delivery.

Wild rice has an incredibly long shelf life and rarely expires when properly sealed, keeping it free of dust and contaminants. Cooked wild rice should be refrigerated and consumed within 4-6 days.
After going through a short interview to confirm you are indeed a real person, you can complete an inventory shipment by completing this inventory form which will require the seller to write a product description, determine a listing price (your sales price plus required fees), and upload a picture for each product being added to your inventory.
What does the badge mean?
Sellers have the opportunity to pursue badging that indicates they’ve made a certain number of sales, have a good rating, and have verified their tribal affiliation.
Can I return food items?
No. All food item sales are final.
What if I buy a marked damage item and I decide I no longer want the product?
Once marked and discounted minor damaged items are sold, there will be no option available for refund. All sales are final on marked down items.
What happens if my product doesn’t pass a quality inspection?
If product is damaged upon arrival to the Nawapo fulfillment center, Nawapo staff will contact the seller to notify them of the quality concerns present with each damaged item. Depending on the condition of the item(s), the seller may agree to have items listed under the “damaged” section for a discounted rate agreed to by the seller. If conditions are cause for major concern (i.e: items stained, falling apart, etc.) or if the seller would prefer to make necessary repairs to pass quality inspection, Nawapo will send damaged items back to seller.
What does the vetting process to ensure authenticity look like?
Sellers will have a quick interview with a member of our team, to make sure you’re a real person.
What happens if my order arrives damaged? Or is missing?
All products are inspected by our team before getting shipped out and are packaged to ensure a safe trip from us to you, but if something arrives broken or scratched, you can send intact items back for a refund. If your order never arrives we will work with the shipping agency to get you a refund. Please contact info@nawapo.com with any concerns regarding damaged or missing products.
How long will shipping take? When will I receive my order?
As soon as you make an order you will get shipping tracking information. We entrust shipping to a world wide entity, but know that shipping varies by season. If you have any questions or disputes you can contact info@nawapo.com
Do I need to have a large inventory to sell my items?
You can sell however many items you like! We know that many items can take time to make so if you want to list with one item right away or wait to make a batch, it is up to you.
