What happens if my product doesn’t pass a quality inspection?

If product is damaged upon arrival to the Nawapo fulfillment center, Nawapo staff will contact the seller to notify them of the quality concerns present with each damaged item.  Depending on the condition of the item(s), the seller may agree to have items listed under the “damaged” section for a discounted rate agreed to by the seller.  If conditions are cause for major concern (i.e: items stained, falling apart, etc.) or if the seller would prefer to make necessary repairs to pass quality inspection, Nawapo will send damaged items back to seller.

What does the vetting process to ensure authenticity look like?

Sellers will have a quick interview with a member of our team, to make sure you’re a real person.
