With limited knowledge of organic farming and gardening, they faced challenges, including a mischievous woodchuck wreaking havoc on the newly planted garden. Undeterred, they bought a cow, braved a winter, and began a journey of self-sufficiency.
As the years passed, the garden flourished, and the family honed their skills in preserving its bounty. The founder, inspired by the desire for convenient and nutritious meals, delved into creating soup mixes. These mixes, born out of necessity, became so delicious that they found their way into the homes of relatives as holiday gifts.
